Please join the Cal Alumni Club of New England in an evening of dining and networking with special guest Cloey Hewlett, Executive Director of the Cal Alumni Association on Saturday July 13. The first course will feature arugula (with grilled corn, butternut squash, teardrop tomato, shaved grana, and lemon basil), Antipasto (with Prosciutto Di Parma, assorted cheese, soppressata, and marinated vegetables), and Melanane Affumicato (with layered eggplant, smoked mozzarella, sundried tomato truffle cream sauce).
The second course will be a choice of Penne con Zucca (sauteed chicken breast, roasted butternut squash, apple cider, gorgonzola cheese), vegan root vegetable ravioli (vegan ravioli tossed with zucchini, basil, and arugula), or ravioli d’Aragosta (Lobster filled ravioli, tomato cream lobster filling).
The third course will be Tiramisu.
